After his separation from his previous wife, Todd married Julie Chrisley on May 25, 1996. He is the sole guardian of their daughter Chloe who is now five. She is the daughter of his youngest son, Kyle with his girlfriend Angle Johnson. Kyle has been a victim of drug addiction and has been struggling with his mental health. Todd Chrisley said that Chloe is the daughter of Kyle and Angle Johnson. The speculations don't bother Todd. But, he did make it clear that his position isn't against gays.
